The Business Analyst is responsible for discussing and analyzing clients’ requirements and processes.

 

(S)he will act as the single point of contact between various business stakeholders and  will ensure client sponsor satisfaction by effective and timely communication including status reporting, continual risk assessment and escalation, and resolution of issues as they arise. (S)he will ensure high quality of deliverables within the approved scope, cost & timeline. In collaboration with  the  project manager, (s)he  may  coordinate team’s tasks and project evolution. When requested, the business analyst will also provide tailor-made coaching services to clients and ensure their efficient follow-up.

Au sein d'une de leurs équipes SCRUM, vous participez au développement des applications mises à la disposition de leurs utilisateurs internes et de leurs clients.
Vous assurez le développement des applications et des fonctionnalités ainsi que leur maintenance, les analyses techniques et les tests unitaires s'y rapportant.
Vous réalisez ces développements en collaboration avec les analystes fonctionnels, les développeurs et les test analystes de votre équipe SCRUM ainsi que, le cas échéant, les architectes et les équipes système.

The Global IT department is looking for a passionate, inquisitive, detail oriented and customer focused Business Analyst to join our growing team.    
A key goal in Global IT is successful collaboration with IKO key business leads and stakeholders to deliver on prioritized corporate initiatives.    We strive to improve our processes regularly; utilizing new technologies, leading practices and experiences from our personnel.   
The IT Business Analyst role will focus on a global ERP Deployment project working directly with key business leads to collect business requirements, prepare functional specifications, prototype defined functionality and assist in the overall organizational change associated with a global deployment. The underlying ERP platform is JD Edwards.
You will work closely with the ERP project leadership team, Business Process Owners, Business Analysts from other functions, and IT Management to ensure the project progresses along agreed timelines and meets the key business requirements and success criteria.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design the global ERP solution including documenting business processes, business scenarios, detailed business requirements, prototyping solution, writing and coordination of test script execution, monitoring and training on system changes

• Participation in detailed Conference Room Pilots and User Acceptance Testing activities in line with the global deployment timeline

• Develop/update materials for training end/key users; i.e. appropriate system process documentation, procedures and / or work instructions

• Identify continuous improvement opportunities

Travel within North America and to European locations will be required

Als Systems Engineer adviseer en verbeter je, als lid van het klantenteam, de opdrachtgevers bij de keuze, implementatie en uitwerking van de verschillende architectuur adviezen. Ook zorg je er voor dat je mogelijke verbeteringen adviseert - hiervoor werk je nauw samen met ons eigen salesteam en met de opdrachtgevers. Je communiceert in projecten met zowel klant als projectmanager zodat implementatie goed verloopt. Incidenten en problemen worden door jou actief opgelost en indien nodig opgeschaald naar providers. 

Zijn er nieuwe oplossingen beschikbaar? Je test deze en zorgt vervolgens voor een product training voor onze klanten. .Ook schrijf je relevante technische documentatie en zorgt er (mede) voor dat projecten goed verlopen.

As a Technical Account Manager, you collaborate with sales, service, R&D, and technical support resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs, and are appropriately supported by key customer technical decision-makers.
Your responsibilities
Your main responsibility as a Technical Account Manager is to take the lead on the technical implementation part of the deal to close the deal together with sales.
Besides that your responsibilities are the following:

• You provide presales technical expertise to the sales team and customers during the sales process and give technical input into bid proposals, projects and technical documents within the sales process, and identifies additional sales opportunities within existing customers. Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends optimum solutions, ensuring appropriate support for the proposed architecture. Develop an effective communication with the customers and partners.

• You create and maintain own network with technical partners and customers to be in control of changes and to be informed about changes in the market. Maintains up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of the organization’s and competitors’ products and/or services and translate into requirements for the company products. Participate in conferences, shows, exhibitions when appropriate. Opportunistically pursues additional business development opportunities within customer firms, ensures these opportunities are effectively covered and followed by the sales team.

• You collaborate with sales, service, R&D, and technical support resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs, and are appropriately supported by key customer technical decision-makers. Support during customer roadmap/project meetings with Marketing and Sales if required. Monitors R&D / customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure. Provides coaching and professional development to company’s members. Need to provide the feedback to product development regarding the customer feedback and market trends.

• Strong business & functional analytical skills of at least 5 years

• Sound knowledge of the UML modeling language

• Knowledge of Business Process Modeling techniques (including Role Activity Diagrams) & BPMN

• Ability to communicate with different levels: business, management, development, ICT operations

• Knowledge of software engineering processes and techniques (change management, analysis, iterative developments, test cycles, deployments...)

Nous recherchons un Développeur Frontend expérimenté pour travailler principalement sur les interfaces utilisateur et l'intégration frontend d’applications. Le candidat idéal devra démontrer une excellente maîtrise des technologies liées au frontend, notamment Angular, CSS, et les tests frontend, tout en ayant une base fonctionnelle en développement backend et un intérêt pour les concepts associés. Une bonne connaissance des processus de développement et de déploiement d’applications mobiles, ainsi que des stores Android et Apple, est également requise.

Responsabilités principales :

• Concevoir et développer des interfaces utilisateur performantes et intuitives avec Angular et CSS.
• Assurer la qualité du code frontend en écrivant des tests unitaires et d'intégration avec des outils comme Jasmine, Karma, ou similaires.
• Collaborer avec l’équipe backend pour intégrer les fonctionnalités et s’assurer d’une communication fluide entre les couches applicatives.
• Optimiser les performances frontend pour garantir une expérience utilisateur fluide et rapide.
• Participer activement à la définition des designs et à la mise en place de bonnes pratiques pour le développement frontend.
• Comprendre les bases du développement backend (Java, Spring Boot) pour mieux intégrer les solutions frontend dans l'ensemble des projets.
