Team leadership:

• Define objectives, roles, and priorities for the IT Operations team.
• Remove operational blockers and support decision-making.
• Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, performance reviews, and development planning.
• Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and high-quality problem solving.
• Balance operational workload with project commitments.

Operational management:

• Oversee reliable delivery of internal IT services across multiple offices.
• Implement and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain the IT Operations roadmap.
• Strengthen or redesign ITIL processes including incident, change, and knowledge management.
• Maintain clear documentation and operational procedures.

Technical oversight:

• Define and evolve IT Operations services and architecture.
• Ensure systems remain secure, resilient, and up to date.
• Support continuity planning, including backup and disaster recovery.
• Remain informed on emerging technologies and propose improvements.
• Perform limited hands-on technical support when on-site presence in Brussels is required.

Stakeholder and vendor management:

• Align IT operations with business priorities through close stakeholder engagement.
• Communicate progress, risks, and timelines to leadership.
• Manage vendors, evaluate solutions, and negotiate agreements.
• Ensure adherence to internal security standards and external requirements.

• Design, implement, and maintain the overall network architecture, aligned with current operations and future growth.

• Develop roadmaps for network infrastructure in line with business objectives.

• Lead or participate in network projects (planning, execution, and follow-up).

• Monitor and optimize network performance to ensure maximum availability and scalability.

• Configure, manage, and maintain switches, routers, firewalls, wireless networks, and SD-WAN.

• Perform upgrades, patches, and changes according to IT change management processes.

• Document configurations, network diagrams, and procedures.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement new solutions.

• Act as an escalation point for complex network issues and provide support to colleagues.

• Coach and share knowledge with other team members.

• Ensure compliance with internal security policies and relevant standards.

The Business Analyst is responsible for discussing and analyzing clients’ requirements and processes.

(S)he will act as the single point of contact between various business stakeholders and  will ensure client sponsor satisfaction by effective and timely communication including status reporting, continual risk assessment and escalation, and resolution of issues as they arise. (S)he will ensure high quality of deliverables within the approved scope, cost & timeline. In collaboration with  the  project manager, (s)he  may  coordinate team’s tasks and project evolution. When requested, the business analyst will also provide tailor-made coaching services to clients and ensure their efficient follow-up.
