• Ontwerpen, implementeren en onderhouden van de netwerkarchitectuur, afgestemd op de huidige werking en toekomstige groei.
• Uitwerken van roadmaps voor netwerkinfrastructuur in lijn met de bedrijfsdoelstellingen.
• Leiding nemen of deelnemen aan netwerkprojecten (planning, uitvoering en nazorg).
• Monitoren en optimaliseren van netwerkprestaties voor maximale beschikbaarheid en schaalbaarheid.
• Configureren, beheren en onderhouden van switches, routers, firewalls, wireless en SD-WAN.
• Uitvoeren van upgrades, patches en changes volgens IT change management-processen.
• Documenteren van configuraties, netwerkdiagrammen en procedures.
• Samenwerken met interne teams en externe leveranciers om nieuwe oplossingen te implementeren.
• Fungeren als escalatiepunt bij complexe netwerkproblemen en ondersteuning bieden aan collega’s.
• Coachen en kennis delen met andere teamleden.
• Zorgen voor naleving van interne security policies en relevante standaarden.

• Translate market trends and shifting customer expectations into concrete strategic roadmaps tailored to the company. These may include production capacity expansions, entry into new markets, mergers & acquisitions, and more.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales to capture customer needs, Business Developers to implement validated strategies, Finance/Technical teams to evaluate required investments).

• Promote clear and pragmatic strategic thinking that simplifies complexity and drives initiatives forward efficiently. You will present your recommendations to senior management and secure their endorsement.

• Conduct structured competitive monitoring: track market moves from competitors (new market entries, plant expansions, capacity increases, etc.) and derive actionable insights.

Vos responsabilités
En tant que Cloud Solution Architect, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la conception et la mise en place de solutions robustes et évolutives. Concrètement, vous serez amené à :

• Concevoir des architectures Cloud fiables, sécurisées et réutilisables, alignées avec les bonnes pratiques AWS Well-Architected Framework.

• Garantir la performance, la sécurité, l’optimisation des coûts et l’excellence opérationnelle des solutions mises en œuvre.

• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les architectes IT, les équipes de développement et d’autres parties prenantes internes ou externes afin d’assurer une intégration fluide dans l’écosystème existant.

• Formaliser les besoins fonctionnels et non-fonctionnels (scalabilité, conformité, performance) et les traduire dans des designs techniques cohérents.

• Produire et maintenir une documentation claire (schémas, blueprints, guides techniques) afin de faciliter la communication et la prise de décision.

• Accompagner les équipes de développement pour garantir que l’implémentation reste conforme à l’architecture définie.

• Surveiller l’ensemble des flux produits, anticiper les problématiques inter-équipes et proposer des solutions transverses adaptées.

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Java / Spring Boot) to strengthen their development team and contribute to the architecture and evolution of mission-critical backend services. As a senior team member, you will contribute to shaping the technical foundation of Europe’s digital future.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design the backend architecture and define how components such as user interfaces, internal tools, and external applications interact with the backend, with a focus on reliability, resilience, and recovery.
• Build services following microservices architecture principles and align with the Twelve-Factor App methodology for scalable, maintainable applications.
• Develop, optimize and maintain high-quality backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and modern development practices.
• Contribute to solution architecture, applying patterns such as event-driven design, Saga, CQRS, and domain-driven design.
• Design secure, scalable APIs and support data model evolution.
• Model and manage data using relational databases, especially PostgreSQL, ensuring consistency, performance, and maintainability of the persistence layer.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as planning, estimation, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Lead technical design discussions and promote clean code, test-driven development, and automation.
• Contribute to system modeling activities using appropriate standards (e.g. UML, ArchiMate) to describe services, integrations, and data flows.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, the service delivery manager, and the enterprise architect for planning activities and refining functional and non-functional requirements.
• Work closely with DevOps and Security teams to ensure compliance with best practices and relevant regulations (e.g. NIS2, GDPR).
• Provide mentorship to the team and share architectural and engineering expertise.
• Continuously develop technical skills through training, reading, knowledge sharing, and staying informed about emerging technologies.

• Design, implement, and maintain the overall network architecture, aligned with current operations and future growth.
