Job Description

The Business System Analyst – Sales will play a key role in an international ERP implementation project, working closely with key stakeholders across the organization to identify business requirements, create functional specifications, develop prototypes, and support the organizational changes associated with this global rollout. The ERP platform in use is JD Edwards.

You will collaborate intensively with the ERP project team, Business Process Owners, Business Analysts from other domains, and IT management to ensure that the project remains on track and meets predefined business requirements and success criteria. This position reports directly to the Global ERP Project Lead and is based in Belgium.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design ERP solutions, document business processes and scenarios, gather detailed business requirements, create prototypes, and coordinate test scripts and training related to system enhancements.

  • Actively participate in Conference Room Pilots and User Acceptance Testing in line with the international implementation timeline.

  • Create and update training materials and user documentation for both end users and key users, such as procedures and work instructions.

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Travel to various European locations as needed.

Your Profile

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • At least 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale technology projects, preferably with a focus on sales and customer service within a manufacturing environment.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with ERP systems, ideally Oracle JD Edwards.

  • Strong analytical skills to support the development of new reports and analyses. Proven ability to collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service departments to gain insights into service levels, purchasing behavior, order patterns, and customer preferences.

  • Solid understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, testing, documentation, implementation, and post-go-live support.

  • Demonstrated experience with sales processes such as quoting, order management, customer data management, and pricing strategies.

  • Experience with SharePoint and CRM systems such as Salesforce is considered a plus.

  • A university degree is required; PMI-PBA certification is a strong asset.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and structured manner.

  • Knowledge of business process modeling.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and adapt to changing circumstances with flexibility.

IT Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the specified requirements.   • Closure and Evaluation: Lead project closure activities, including formal acceptance of deliverables, handover to operational teams, and post-project evaluation. Capture lessons learned and best practices for future projects
